MEET BILLY
FRESH LEADERSHIP FOR OUR COMMUNITY
Billy Moore is an 8th Generation Texan with roots tracing back to the Republic of Texas. He is a loving father of 2 sons with a daughter on the way. Billy is married to his high school sweetheart, Kailey Moore. The two of them own and operate HTeaO, Tomball's favorite local tea shop. Billy has been a Tomball resident for five years and looks forward to keeping lifelong roots here in this Hometown with a Heart.

Billy graduated from The University of Texas- Permian Basin in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. He has been actively working in the oil and gas industry since 2012.
Billy believes that God comes first in all he does, and family values follow closely behind in his decision-making. He wants to ensure that his spot on the School Board would be to back the importance of a Christian Texan family, our dedicated and excellent teachers, and honor our student's education.

He has spent countless hours serving at his church, Real Life Church, in the student's ministry and the security team. He has been a delivery driver for Meals on Wheels, volunteers with the Houston Food Bank, and has worked with Tomball Pregnancy Center.
